Privacy policy

This page explains, in plain English, what information AllClearChoice keeps when you use this shop, why we keep it, and how you can ask us to remove it. We keep this deliberately small: we are a small studio selling digital downloads, not a data business.

What we keep

Accounts. If you create an account, we keep your email address and a securely hashed version of your password (we cannot see or recover your actual password). Your account keeps your orders and downloads in one place.

Orders. When you buy something, we keep a record of the order: your email address, what you bought, the amount paid, the currency, and the country (and state/county where needed) used to work out the tax. We need this to deliver your files, handle refunds and keep basic sales records.

Chat messages. If you message us through the chat on this site, we keep the conversation — including any files you attach — so we can help you and refer back to what was said.

Custom order requests. If you send a custom order request, we keep the details you sent (name, email, description, and any reference file) so we can review it and prepare your invoice.

Newsletter. If you join the mailing list, we keep your email address for that purpose only.

Payments

Payments are made inside your own Binance Pay or Wise app: at checkout you scan a QR code and pay in the app. We receive the confirmation details we need to match your payment to your order. No card data is involved in the process, and we never see or store your payment credentials.

Cookies and advertising pixels

This site uses cookies and similar storage for things that simply need to remember you: your basket, your chosen currency, and staying signed in to your account.

We may also run advertising tools from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and Google — the Meta Pixel, the TikTok Pixel and the Google tag. Each one only runs on this site while it is switched on in our settings. They help us measure whether our ads work and show relevant ads to people who visited the shop — for example, reminding you about a product you looked at. They can tell those platforms which pages you viewed and when you bought something. You can block or clear cookies and pixels at any time in your browser settings; the shop will still work.

Your rights

Your data is yours. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account data entirely. Just email us at the address below and we will sort it out. (Order records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes may need to be retained for the period the law requires.)
